Steak, Cheesy Potatoes, Glazed Carrots

I am not doing anything super-exciting for dinner tonight. I am still trying to get the house back in order after our trip. I really don't have many meal choices since the whole freezer debacle happened, and I have not had the chance to go to the store. I was able to save two steaks, and I have all the ingredients for Jen's Top Secret Cheesy Potatoes and glazed carrots. I think we will just slather some BBQ sauce on the steaks and grill them. Tonight will be a pretty easy (and yummy) dinner.
