Last night, we had dinner with my friend Claire and her family. We had a blast and laughed almost the entire time! It was definitely a treat to have dinner with such good friends and be off the hook for cooking!!!
I am not sure what is on the horizon for tonight's dinner. I have some ground beef thawed, so I am sure that will come into play. Stay tuned...
