Pork Schnitzel

I made this dish one other time, and we really liked it. Based on my previous comments, I need to tweak the cooking method a little bit. I think I might just partially cook the chops on the stove top and then finish them in a 350 degree oven. Other than that, I think I will stick to the ingredients list. I plan on serving this dish with some steamed veggies, and baked potatoes. This is a yummy, traditional meal that I am looking forward to having again!
